Great view and comfortable room

We had a very comfortable room with lots of space and a great view (huge windows!) of the train station. It was an easy walk over the pedestrian bridge from TBS/BTS and there were several shops and places to eat nearby. The filtered hot and cold water in the hallway was a nice bonus. We were very happy with our stay and will be happy to stay here again.

Below Expectations

Room is spacious and basic. Looks clean but strangely the floor felt very oily. Only stayed overnight for a few hours. Didn't feel comfortable if staying longer.

Long distance from bus terminal not convenient

The location is not easy to find and I can only go there by taxi. The room is clean. But the utility is old and air-conditioner not cool enough.

Convenient if you are near TBS at 12 am

It was the creepiest hotel ever. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. I felt like there was a camera on the ceiling (Still not sure if it was camera or sprinkler which was really creepy and awkward. Visitors please be careful on that) The room was moderately clean but the interior was the most strange for a hotel. Overall felt odd and unsafe( coz of the interior and look)

Great transit hotel

The hotel is very basic but all we needed for a one night stay between our arrival by bus from Cameron Highlands to an early morning flight the next day. It had a bed, desk, ironing board, very small bathroom with shower and air conditioning. The staff was very nice and helpful. I asked for two extra pillows and they quickly brought them to our room. They printed out my boarding passes, suggested the best way to get to the airport (Grab which was cheaper than a taxi), and a good restaurant within walking distance. Even though it's close to the bus/train station, the taxi was rather expensive to get there because of the roundabout way to get there. It's about a quarter mile "by how the crow flies" but 2-3 miles by car. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in need of a transit hotel.

Location of hotel was further than expected and given that there are numerous roadworks and construction projects going on, the route to the hotel was a maze. Enquired on the shuttle service and was surprised to find out that it was "fully booked" for the rest of the week, how was this even possible. A chinese guy at the reception, in office attire, that we enquired with about the shuttle service pretended to be surprised when we stated that shuttle service was on the website. It seemed as if he wanted to hide the service and recommend taking a cab instead.

エアコンの音が気になる 水滴も飛ばしている ベット内で虫に刺された 掃除は毎日フロントに伝えないとしてくれない 電車からの連絡はGrab頼り荷物持っての歩行は無理 Shower🚿のお湯は良好です 冷蔵庫が無いので食物持込は不可 長期滞在向きではない 裏側は人が住んでいないビル 見晴らしが悪い 窓の外横にレストラン用ダクトが立てかけてあるため排気の風切音がする
