The shower was dirty. The bed was hard like a rock you can feel the slats under you. Only 2 towels and pillows given was told no after I asked for more. No pool towels provided. Staff are miserable. I tried to contact Wotif a week earlier to shorten my stay but they didn’t respond because I wanted a refund for 1day because we planned to leave early, but no response. Will not be using Wotif again!

I am returned unless compelled

Zero facilities. Spa/cafe were closed. Room was not properly cleaned with insects inside especially mosquitoes. Towel and bedsheets were stained and smell. Staffs were friendly. Shower hose was really pathetic.

Faulty flush in toilet. Broken sink leaking. Super smelly pillows. No covers for divan. Old plastic kettle that probably can poison you with it’s melting plastic fumes after boiling your water. One chair in the whole room. Greenish murky water in pool, yet people are still swimming in it. Tasteless coffee during breakfast. Overall extremely badly maintained rooms.

Only stay here for 2-nights for a Fishing trip in Kuala Rompin. Originally booked 3 rooms on Saturday and extended to Monday. Large confusion with reception over Payment. This place I rate Fair (run down; with some attempt to renovate the deluxe rooms but not complete). There were Bed bugs in every Delux room I booked. Can move mattress down off the assembly and see them running in the material corners of the bed assembly. One room had faulty air conditioning and a fan was brought in to help with the heat after they could not rectify (room was changed the following day). Rooms were not cleaned after the first night and had to report issue to reception on return from our fishing trip after 7pm to get them to clean them.

Rustig hotel bij strand met mooi zwembad

Bijna verlaten Maleisisch hotel met rustige schone kamers vlakbij het strand, het zwembad was mooi en was voor ons alleen, voor de rest niks te doen, maar dat hoefde ook niet als tussenstop naar Tioman. Personeel regelde erg vlug een andere kamer toen bleek dat de eerste kamer niet geschikt was voor onze familie. Het ontbijt was wel erg pover.

We were charged with extra price called “manual service charge” that is different with the price quoted by Expedia. This is very dissappionting! But since we have paid earlier there was no return of payment.

Quick Stop over

The place is located beside the beach. A bit deep inside so transportation is a must. Staff was unfriendly upon check in and strictly base on check in timing. The place felt like a ghost town with only a few staff and the only few guest. But all else was ok, and abit old tech.
