Only open 2 floors. All isolation, quarantine and essential industries working for business in this 2 floors. Poor breakfast. Scared to die, avoid this hotel. Dare to try, please book now.

STAINED SMELLY SHEETS

Unless you dont have any other option, you may consider this hotel. I would rate this a 1star hotel not 3. My husband and I stayed here as a transit hotel for our travel. 1. U have to buy your toothbrush and toothpaste (provided over the counter) as it is not provided in the room. 2. One of the sheets smelled like rat urine..DAMN!! 3. Cleanliness is not upheld NOPE NOPE NOPE..

スタッフの対応は親切でした。 ベットは寝やすかったし、ナイトマーケットやモスクが近くて便利でした。朝ごはん美味しかったです。 ただ、シャワーの給湯が、昔の瞬間湯沸かし器みたいなもので、お湯がチョロチョロしか出なかったです。水温を下げれば良いのですが温まるくらいの温度にすると水量が下がって女性の洗髪は難しいと思います。 水の少ない地域に慣れている方なら気にならないと思います。

Location ok. Bedding is not changed from previous person. Middle of bed sheets looked greasy which I need to sleep as close to the edge of the bed as possible. Also found some hair on bed and pillows. Shower is ok for this budget hotel but carpet is reeeaaally old and worn. Smell of room is very strong...

Value for money stay at Kuantan

Helpful reception. Good location though the bus station for outstation destinations has been moved outside the city. Friendly people of Kuantan just like hotel staff, informative n spontaneous. I tasted the best kaya jam of my life at breakfast. If ever I go to Kuantan again this hotel will be my home away from home.

The hotel is way above average. For the price I paid it is more than enough. Location is superb. Bank & few eateries are just within walking distance. Plus even few malls are just within 3 km distance from the hotel. An extra mark for their front office staff. Always smiling and very helpful. They are even great facilities inside the room. Got safe box, hair dryer, complementary (coffee, tea & mineral water) + the water heater & they also have mini fridge inside the room. Things that normally only 4-5 star hotel provided. DEFINITELY MY 1ST CHOICE HOTEL IN KUANTAN STARTING NOW !!!!
