Pleasant hotel to stay

Such a good location nearby kucing statue as well as the waterfront area. Good location for those who are looking a conducive location no husle. Got car park area, staff veryhelpful, great breakfast, and the room is cozy.

Comfortable and good breakfast

Breakfast is superb for the 3 star rated hotel. Big spread with good taste Staffs are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Comfortable stay

There are other hotels closer to the action in Kuching, but this one is fine. My room was large and clean, but there were only 4 hangers in the closet and no shelves anywhere, and the bend he with stools wasn’t great for working

Boutique Hotel

Although my stay was short, I was very happy with the service and everything. The breakfast at The Pipe was surprisingly not bad. I did not visit the gym though but everything in the room was great but I guess that should be expected from a newly built hotel. (1 year+)

Pretty comfrotable. For the price paid, its a good stay. There's sufficient amount of parking for guest, although the fitness room is almost non existent as its really small and was locked when I visited. Breakfast was satisfying. Though one room switch to charge phone wasnt functioning.

Everything is wrong with this hotel. Do not stay here!!! I checked out as soon as I can & moved to another hotel nearby - Dorset Boutique Hotel & it was way way better than Lot 10. Rooms here in Dorset is bigger & more comfortable, so choose wisely next time cuz it might land you in hell for a few nights just like I did in Lot 10.

It's a fairly new hotel thus comfort is there.

Perhaps the staff need to be more friendly. I encountered a trainee at the counter and the trainer was taking her time to train her for my check in. Thus it took double the time for me to get my room key. Overall not very pleasant impression upon my arrival. A suggestion - welcome for guests when you require extra time needed which will make the wait more bearable???

clean hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel is located in quiet area and about 20 minutes by taxi from airport. the staffs were friendly, the F&B Manager Mr. Mujihadi was very friendly, he is a busy man but always approachable for directions and other tour information. the breakfast is satisfactory. there many historical buildings around the Kuching town. The waterfront is a peaceful place to relax. The Museums is a must visit to learn about the history about the rulers and all the indigenous people and lifestyle. the people of many different race are friendly and easy going. For those who like adventure there is plenty to explore. the tour agency will guide you and you need more time and money. Chinese food and Western and Malay food are available. Overall my journey was good.

ROOM 109-128, no safety box provided as mentioned is included in the room facilities .only shower tower and no small tower be provided. shower room water output was blocking and caused the shower water leak out. not feeling comfortable to walk on room tiles flooring coz there is no room slipper provided.

Poor Service

Bad front desk service. They refuse my booking confirmation number as booking number. I don't understand ! They quarrel up to let me wait while checking out since there's no staff to check the room. For the room condition, it states it's a non-smoking room but I did smell smoke inside the room , it's room 120! The front desk staff did told me not to smoke in the room but there's smoke smell inside the room! Please IMPROVE!!
