The hotel is in a good location. It has multiple shops and eternity in the same building. However its in a middle of renovation. The pool and gym was not open. It did not mention on the advertisement.

The staff are very friendly and professional, ensuring your safety. The hotel is centrally located making it easy to walk to nearby shops and attractions. The Pullman is currently under renovation, which it sorely needs as its age is showing in the west and year of its rooms. Once the renovations are done, the hotel will be more pleasant.

Friendly and Central

We had two stays in April at the Pullman. A comfortable room, good cocktail hour and a great position near the river and city centre. The staff in the lounge (Michelle and Irene) were an absolute pleasure. We enjoyed speaking with them every evening.

Pullman for quality at old school prices

Great value for money the rooms are very large and bathrooms also. There is a little wear and tear showing around door frames but generally in good condition. All rooms have a view either Merdeka plaza way or towards cat statue. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very good gym and pool on site.

This hotel offers clean room with great views. However, the towels are too old and not white. The breakfast we had at 6am were cold and waiting to be warmed up. Other than that, it is a good hotel to stay with great price.

Smoking and tobacco smell in lobby area

Good stay at a good location. Only complaint is the smoking stench in the main lobby. They should be more stricter with smokers snoking in a designated area further away so tge ventilation doesnt blow into the lobby.

The hotel was in a good location and the room was good and good value. Unfortunately the room was a twin and I’d requested a double, it took 24hours to be changed. The dinning room was quite dirty and needs a full refurbishment. In general the hotel is soulless and lacks any comfort or ambience, vast areas of open space and the bar area that resembles an office.
