"While the apartment was nice and spacious, it needs be cleaned a bit better, get rid of the mould in the shower area and clean the windows …the view over looking the water was good but it was a shame there was so much rubbish on the beach and the biggest was being woken up at 540am with church bells and church services, through the loud speakers …."

"Negombo 146 Homestay is one of the cleanest properties I have stayed in Sri Lanka. It has a great location close to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. The family was kind and allowed me to leave my luggage while I traveled to other cities. "

"Lovely hosts giving you a truely personal experience. Access to next hotel's pool is a nice touch. The room layout was odd but they will be undergoing renovation soon so hopefully reworking the internal layout. Otherwise clean and tidy and nice view of the garden to the beach. Be aware of beach salesmen. Would recommend this hotel."
