You live in a 2-room apartment of about 45 sqm size, located in the primal upstairs. The living room is furnished with sofa bed, TV and radio, dining area and kitchenette (2 ring ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster). The bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. The bathroom has a window! Laundry package for 15, - € per person bookable - please preorder. Non smoking!large east-facing balcony, parking space about 200m away

The combined business and lodging house "Seebad Villa" from the year 1905 was reopened in 2013, after extensive renovation. The built in the style of the resort architecture villa, which has been equipped with lovingly furnished 2-room apartments since the renovation, is characterized by its special central location. It is located directly in the beach street, the shopping street and the center of the district East of the beautiful seaside resort Kühlungsborn. Here are numerous boutiques, shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants as well as providers of daily needs.    Just a stone's throw away are numerous restaurants, such as the fish restaurant "Fischkiste", the gourmet restaurant "Wilhelms", the Italian "Gallo Nero" or the brewery. A physiotherapy practice with pedicure and effective equipment training is just minutes from this facility. In just 2 minutes you are at the Molli-station Kühlungsborn Ost, where the bus station is located.  The fine sandy beach and the pier are about 500 m. From the pier you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the marina.  Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental "MY BIKE BY THE SEA" you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Wohnung ist nicht ausgestattet wie beschrieben und bebildert !

Schöne modernisierte Altbauwohnung im Zentrum. Leider stimmt die Beschreibung und die Fotos nicht mit der aktuellen Ausstattung zusammen. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht vorhanden,sondern ein Kinderbett, sodass keine 3 bis 4 Personen übernachten können. Auch die Balkonmöbel sind andere, ohne Esstisch! Das Radio in der Wohnung ist nur schwierig zu finden, da weder TV noch Radio eingestellt sind und keine Anleitung vorhanden ist.
