Das Objekt insgesamt hat eine gute Lage und ist gepflegt. Die Wohnung 302 kann ich allerdings nicht empfehlen. Beim einräumen des Schlafzimmerschranks fielen schon beim einräumen 3 Regalbretter herunter. Die Löcher für Halterungen sind total ausgeleiert. Ein Vormieter hat hier mit Streichhölzern einen Haltestift ersetzt. Im Radio konnte trotz mehreren Versuchen nur ein rauschender Sender eingestellt werden. Schlafzimmerfenster liegt zum Flur. Leider nur ein Vorhang, der auch nicht richtig befestigt ist, vorhanden. Wenn man keinen Blick ins Schlafzimmer wünscht muss man also auch tagsüber das Licht anmachen. Die meisten Fenster der anderen Wohnungen haben ein Plissee Rollo und damit das Problem gelöst. Fazit: Mit wenigen Euro könnte man die Probleme abstellen.
