The cozy couch and the modern flat screen TV invite you to relax and unwind. From the living area you enter the sunny south-facing balcony, which is equipped with beautiful garden furniture. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed and offers all three sleeping arrangements of the apartment. The shower room completes the equipment of the apartment. The apartment house is located in the quiet part of Doberaner Str. Near the Linden Park. The balconies are located on the back of the house and are south facing. In front of the house there is a parking space and a bike shed available during your stay. Within walking distance of the beach road here are several bakers and restaurants. Through the city forest you reach very quickly the Ostseeallee, the beach promenade and the beautiful Baltic Sea with a sandy beach.
