Wir waren für 3 Nächte in der Villa Strandperle untergebracht. Leider war das Zimmer schon bei unserer Ankunft bicht vollständig sauber. Auf den Kanten im Bad viel Staub, die Terrassentüren waren von den Vorgängern mit irgendetwas beschmiert. An den Fliesen im Bad konnte man auch sehen, dass da schon so einiges runtergelaufen war. Nach der Zimmerreinigung am Folgetag lagen noch immer überall Haare im Bad. Da das Hotel direkt am Strand, sollte man hier erwarten dürfen, dass der Boden auch gefegt oder gesaugt wird. Nachcdem 1. Tag konnte man nur noch auf Badelatschen durchs Zimmer, da alles voller Sand war. Bei der Abreise wurden wir nicht mal gefragt, ob wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten, nur der Parplatz abkassiert, das wars. Als wir dann gesagt haben, dass die Zimmerrreinigung schlecht war, wurden wir nur belehrt, dass es ja keine Zimmerreinigung sei, sondern eine "Bleibe"reinigung.... keine Entschuldigung oder Ähnliches. Nur, dass man das dann mal an die Hausdame weitergeben würde. Sorry, aber für ein 4Sternehotel, dass sich mit dem Namen 4 Jahreszeiten schmückt, eindeutig zu wenig. Die Betten war leider auch schon sehr durchgelegen. Frühstück war gut, allerdings war dort viel zu wenig Personal. Die kamen mit dem Abräumen nicht hinterher.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Frühstück und ausreichend Alle Mitarbeiter waren super nett und freundlich In der Orangerie haben wir sehr lecker gegessen können wir nur empfehlen.Auch die Pralinen waren lecker .Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Sehr nette Bardame und leckere Cocktails Der Spa Bereich war auch schön Alles Top wir kommen wieder

Tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick und nah am Meer, gutes Parken.Tolles Frühstück im anderen Gebäude, freundliches Personal. Es war super schön, in Kühlungsborn ab jetzt nur noch in die Strandperle.

Für eine Nacht war es okay. Ruhig und gut gelegen. Abzüge gibt es für folgende Punkte: Dreck im Zimmer (Stoff vom Stuhl sehr eklig). Abgenutzte Kissen. Fußweg zum Frühstück, da nicht im selben Gebäude. Gebühren für Parken, auf die man nicht hingewiesen wurde. Sehr unpraktische und teuere Lademöglichkeit für E-Auto.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern, wir waren im zweiten Hotel „Strandperle“ War alles perfekt für Frühstück und Spa musste man ins Haupthaus was ca 250m entfernt war Aber das passte alles perfekt Super Aufenthalt wird garantiert wiederholt
