The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house with a balcony facing south and offers for 4 people a bedroom with double bed and two single beds in the second bedroom. The living area is furnished with a dining table of a modern fitted kitchen m. Microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and a seating area with equipped. The modern decor includes color TV and DVD video combi unit. A shower room with toilet complements the apartment. Pets are allowed, smoking is only allowed outside. The parking space no. 04 is at your disposal.
Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings.
The minimum stay over the turn of the year is 4 nights.
Both the consumption costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.


The bubbling shopping mile in Kühlungsborn West core is only about 10 minutes walk. The beach can be reached on foot via a landscaped path. The beach is only about 150 meters away. From the apartments on the south side you have a magnificent view towards cooling and the Bastorf lighthouse. The coastal protection forest in front of the building also offers a beautiful eye-catcher. Spacious terraces and balconies belong to each apartment and invite you to long evenings in the mild Kühlungsborn sea climate. Villa Josephine has an in-house elevator. In the house there is a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer for common use.

Es fehlt ein Sonnenschirm au dem Balkon!

Alles in Ordnung, bis auf eins, man konnte sich wegen der Sonne , gar nicht auf den Balkon aufhalten, . Die knallte den ganzen Tag drauf und es war kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Schade!

Schöne Wohnung

Die wohnung ist eigentlich recht schön. Fahrstuhl, Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Alles super. Es wäre ganz nett wenn statt der doch recht unbequemen stühle sessel vorhanden wären oder ein größeres Sofa. Aber das ist nur mein persönliches empfinden und ändert nichts daran das alles in der Wohnung in Ordnung war.
