The beach, the pier and the marina are just a few minutes' walk away, while the inviting cafes, shops and restaurants of Strandstr. passes. For bathers there is a shortcut through the quiet city forest to groyne 8. A charming restaurant right on the beach. The bakery, the fruit shop (organic) and the butcher shop, pharmacy, etc. can be reached after about 50 m. The Edeka market is 150 m away and the train station is 300 m away.The apartments have 2 or 3 rooms and are designed for 2 to 5 people. The apartments are comfortably furnished, some with microwave and telephone. Partially pets are allowed. All have a balcony. In the communal laundry room are coin machines for washing machine and dryer. One underground parking space (double parker), max. Height 1.60 m and length 5.00 m for each apartment is included in the room rate.
