The apartment house is located in the quiet part of Doberaner Str. Near the Linden Park. The balconies are located on the side of the house and are facing away from the street. In front of the house there is a parking space and a bike rack available during your stay. Within walking distance of the beach road here are several bakers and restaurants. Through the city forest you reach very quickly the Ostseeallee, the beach promenade and the beautiful Baltic Sea with a sandy beach.

This bright and very stylishly furnished apartment with balcony and Wi-Fi has three very nice rooms. At the cozy living-dining area, the fully equipped kitchen adjoins. One bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe, the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom is a shower room. The fresh, friendly colors, bright furniture and transparent design invite you to feel at home in this apartment. In the communal area, a bicycle storage room and a laundry room with washer and dryer are available for a fee. The beautiful sunny balcony is equipped with garden furniture. To the apartment belongs a parking lot at the house.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Schöne zentrale Wohnung

Wir hatten wieder einmal einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Kühlungsborn. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, hat einen schönen Balkon, ist gut ausgestattet. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, die Betten müssten mal abgesaugt werden und Spinnenweben putzen wäre auch nötig.

Sehr ruhiges Haus unweit der Strandstraße.Optimal für Fahrradtouren.Wir waren sehr zufrieden ,allerdings könnten mal die Balkonmöbel erneuert werden.Ansonsten ist das eine sehr schöne Wohnung ,vor allem das Boxspringbett im Schlafzimmer hat uns sehr gefallen.

Wir haben die Zeit genossen.

Die Villa Barbarossa und die FeWo waren echt toll. Unsere FeWo entsprach vollkommen unseren Vorstellungen und war sehr stillvoll eingerichtet - hell und freundlich, schön maritim. Küchenausstattung war gut, schön ist es, dass je ein Set Handtücher pro Person und Bettwäsche vor Ort vorhanden sind. Das einzige Manko (welches aber vermutlich nicht jedermann stört) ist, dass die Schlafzimmer mit einer milchigen Glastür abschließen und dieses bei unserer kleinen Tochter zu Störungen beim Schlaf führte. Aber wir konnten uns dann mit Decken und Abklebeband behelfen. :-) Sonst war alles super. Gerne wieder!
