The bubbling shopping mile in Kühlungsborn West core is only about 10 minutes walk. The beach can be reached on foot via a landscaped path. The beach is only about 150 meters away. From the apartments on the south side you have a magnificent view towards cooling and the Bastorf lighthouse. The coastal protection forest in front of the building also offers a beautiful eye-catcher. Spacious terraces and balconies belong to each apartment and invite you to long evenings in the mild Kühlungsborn sea climate. Villa Josephine has an in-house elevator. In the house there is a coin-operated washing machine and coin launderer for communal use.

Josephine - 41-05 with W-LAN:
The 3-room apartment is located in 1. OG of the house with 2 large balconies to the north side. It is comfortably furnished with a living area with a couch, a flat-screen TV and a stereo and DVD player. You can have your meals at the dining table in the living area. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher and microwave. One bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 m width, the second Bedroom offers a bunk bed for sleeping. A shower room / WC completes the apartment. There is a free Wi-Fi access available. In the apartment smoking is not allowed, you are welcome to use the balconies. On the property is the carport no. 5 available. Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings.
