The comfortable, light-flooded duplex apartment extends over the ground floor and mezzanine floor and offers on 70 square meters generous 2 people place for a relaxing stay. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king size double bed (200 x 215 cm, electrically adjustable) and a small salon with two comfortable armchairs and a desk. The downstairs living area has a dining table with 4 upholstered chairs and a sleek sofa bed. The modern, high-quality fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, mini oven and freezer is integrated into the living area. The technical equipment includes a LED TV and a mini hi-fi system. A free Wi-Fi hotspot is provided. The barrier-free shower room / WC is located on the ground floor. Sufficient cabinet capacities in the apartment also allow a longer stay. Enjoy morning and evening sunsets on two balconies with quality teak furniture including sunbeds. Furthermore, there are two terraces on the ground floor. The apartment is intended for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed. In the house there are coin machines for washing machine and dryer. Bring your own bicycles can be accommodated in a communal, lockable bicycle house. The car parking space No. 6 is located on the property, directly opposite the apartment entrance. In the immediate vicinity is a car e-charging station. Please note that in the main season it is necessary to book without gaps or to leave a minimum period of 7, 10 or 14 nights between the bookings.
