"I called to tell I will arrive late. They told me they will leave me the key in the reception because after 6pm nobody is there. I arrived at 11PM and the key was not there. And nobody came. And we needed to leave at that time to another hotel...."

"Lovely hotel with lovely staff. It’s walkable to the old town but not close. Having a car would be better in this location or taxi’s, which are readily available. We drove all around Germany and this was the easiest hotel to park. The staff is lovely and made our stay fantastic. "

"What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious. The breakfast was beautifully displayed, included many special foods we’ve not encountered at other hotels and was delicious. The plentiful free parking made this stay easy and quite a value. "I didn't have a pet with me but I saw other customers that did. They do welcome pets. The breakfast was good! 2 types of bread, ham, Swiss cheese, orange juice, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, assorted condiments, and excellent espresso, coffee, or cappuccino. The only constructive criticism I offer is I wish there was an in room Keurig or kettle for evening herbal tea. Also a vending machine in the lobby would be nice for late night snacks. "Mycket trevligt hotell. Rummet som var ett standardrum var mycket välutrustat. Personalen mycket service vänlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten fullt tillräcklig. Läget närma motorvägen och lätt att komma till. Omgivningen närma restauranger ,affärer och apotek."
