"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

"Das in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend gelegene Holzhaus hat eine sehr behagliche Atmosphäre, auch dadurch das es sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist und mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet wurde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Auch weil es sehr zentral gelegen ist und viele Highlights in kurzer Zeit zum Erreichen sind. Der Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Es lohnt sich zum Buchen!"

"Staff very friendly and when I told them how dissatisfied I was that we had to book the pool and pay 15 euro a person, they gave it to me for free and a late check out breakfast was included also. Beds were not comfortable at all and no way to adjust temperature in our room, Couldn’t keep the window open as there were no screens in them"

"Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section. Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean."
