"I tired to communicate with the property 2 days before my stay to coordínate transportation to hotel and there was no answer. Manager said they didn’t recibe my emails. Phone number on the webpage of the hotel is not working because I also tried contacting them.
I stay es in pooring rain for two hours, a local gentlemen took me to the hotel, if not I would’ve had to walk from port to hotel in a rain y day.
On my check out they coordinated me transporte which was €9 for 1km. Absolutely a ripoff.
Hotel should check phone number posted in hotel’s website, should be more diligent on Expedia customers emails and have a shuttle available for customers that arrive with out transportation to the port. Also they should have reference on how to contact a taxi or transportation company to avoid this happening again.
The girl in the front desk said some soanish guests had the same experience before. So this is commón situation in this hotel. Not recommended at all."
TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach - Adults Only - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"The location and accommodation were excellent, and the facilities were very well maintained. The sea is incredibly clean and beautiful, although still quite cold at the beginning of May. The beach is rocky, so bringing swimming shoes is highly recommended. There are also lovely seaside walks and nearby villages to explore for guests who enjoy walking.
Most of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the restaurant team, who consistently provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The food quality was very good, with tasty meals and great presentation. However, a little more variety in the menu would make the experience even better, as some dishes seemed to repeat during the week.
One small downside was that our suite was located above a machine room, so there was constant background noise from equipment operating throughout the day and night. Apart from that, the room location itself was excellent.
Housekeeping did a good job overall, although occasionally some items such as shower gel were not replaced.
We would also suggest having more outdoor entertainment activities and more interaction between the recreation team and guests during the day.
Despite a few minor issues, we still had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to couples looking for a relaxing adults-only holiday in a beautiful seaside setting."
"Beautiful property wonderful staff recommend spending a little more on the presidential suite great value Breakfast was outstanding when I told the host that my wife was a vegan she went out of the way to make special dishes for her that were delicious. Very thoughtful and kind. Hotel itself was traditional, Croatian ambience with vineyards, mountains and sea."
"We stayed in room 1 for 1 night. Modern and clean. No view but well placed in the centre. Lovely breakfast provided, brought to our room.
Only downside was the parking. As we didn't get a reply to our message about parking we paid for 24 hour parking, none of which could be refunded. It is best to just get enough parking until your check in time as they then provide some parking which they pay for. This would be necessary anyway as there's nowhere to pull up and offload your luggage."
"We stayed for one night and it was OK. Could have done with bath towels rather than just hand towels. Curtains need attention so they close properly. Washing machine needs a deep clean to remove odours, so didn't use it. Just tired and dated but OK for overnight."
"The description does not match the hotel at all. Thete is no restaurant, no casino, the breakfast is limited, and the accomodations are falling apart with the ceiling falling into our sink and the AC stopping after 30 minutes during the night so had to be restarted often. But the staff was nice."
If you're looking for something a little quirkier than the traditional hotel experience, a bed and breakfast might be the perfect option for your trip.
