マンションと一体になっている為駐車場が分からないです。それによりトラブルになりました。 駐車場についても説明もありません。 そもそも駐車場代別なら泊まらなかったです。 部屋に入ってすぐに異臭(前の宿泊者の汗臭？)きつかったです。 シャワーの出方がおかしくほぼホースで洗ってるのと変わらなかったです。

色々と設備が古く、修繕も追いついていません。部屋のドアガードは壊れ、古い鍵タイプのホテル鍵のみ。部屋のシャワーカーテンは浴槽の高さギリギリで、シャワーを使うと水浸しになります。ロビーも少し変わった匂いがしました。

昔ながらのホテル、といった佇まいと内装。朝食会場に至るまでの通路や会場そのものなど、絨毯や壁紙に古さを感じるところがあるので、綺麗さ重視の人にはマイナスポイントかも。シングルルームは思っていたより狭く感じた。ホテル駐車場が満車でもすぐ近くにパーキングがあり、利用時は駐車後24時間800円だった。フロント前にある熊本土産コーナーは商品が充実していて、宿泊者無料のマッサージ機も２台あり、とても良い使い心地だった。

施設としてボロボロにもかかわらず、1泊15,000以上もした。 金額に対してコスパが悪い。 一晩中トイレタンクに水が流れっぱなしで、良く眠れませんでした． フロントでは、朝食券を購入したにもかかわらず、朝食無と伝えられるなど、対応に不満ありです。 きっちり日本人スタッフが対応すべきですね。

繁華街にほどよく近い

市内の繁華街に程よく近いし、駐車場も支払いを済ませると、確保してくれた。枕（低反発）やスタンドも無料で貸し出ししてもらった。静かではあったが、窓からの眺めはイマイチ。ユニットバスのところの汚れやカビが少し気になった。朝はバイキングでごちそうだった。

普通のビジネスホテル

*熊本駅からタクシーで15分ほどに位置し、 すぐ近くにはセブンイレブンがある。部屋にはベッド、クローゼット、テレビ、備品スペースを兼ねたテレビ台があり、人１人が通れるスペースだけ残されている。 *建物や設備が古く、ドライヤーやベッド脇のアラームは故障中で、トイレは水の音がかなりうるさいが、清掃はきちんとされている。 *朝食ビュッフェでは、馬肉や辛子蓮根、明太子など、熊本の名産品が出されている 総合評価として、少し古いけれど、通常のビジネスホテルという印象を受けました。食事内容やスタッフの対応、清掃などのサービスは悪くなかったのですが、当時の宿泊費が9000円弱と、設備の状況や部屋の広さに対して、割高感を感じたので、評価2です。
