The hospitality, housekeeping and general staff were excellent. This Taj is not a 5 star property. As much as one can appreciate its history, it is a dated property, yet it sits in the middle of a bird sanctuary. Be aware, the luxury villas have bathrooms that are open air. They do not have AC!
