Place is very clean and nice. close to the shopping areas. Only suggestion is to have a good option for the car drivers who visit.

KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort.

The hotel has excellent service. Room was quite spacious. The layout of the room was excellent too. Overall the facilities and conditions were very good to excellent. The breakfast buffet had good spread. Dormitory facility for the Chauffeur is a great plus point.

Svatma is a unique property filled with rich heritage architecture and authentic artifacts. Management has done a commendable job preserving its historic character while incorporating modern amenities. The gardens and surrounding grounds are also impeccably maintained. This hotel is centrally located. Lunch and food in general was good - didn’t get upset stomach, tasted good. Staff were very helpful and nice
