The oriental restaurant next to the pool is quite good. The buffet breakfast at Quattro was okay, could have been better but some of the items had gone cold. Was able to reach out directly to the duty manager, concierge service, reservation manager (Husna Ismath gave good recommendations, was very attentive to details, and made the travel arrangements with perfection !), and other staff. The reservation was done from overseas for a family member in India. Took great care of the family member who stayed at the hotel by herself. She felt very safe and secure."
