They can't arrange local transportation to carry luggage when we took seaplane. At our first dinner, we had to pay over $5000 dinner for 4, which was not explained prior to our arrival. "Dusit Thani is absolutely a gem and amazing. This is my 2nd time here. First the butler and the staff are all very friendly. My original butler Naan even came by to say hi to us. Saleem our butler this time was helpful and easy to get ahold of. We had 24/7 Whatsapp access and he took care of everything for us including logistics for leaving, sea plane, dinner and activities. The house reef was spectacular. We stayed in a overwater villa again and it was well appointed, clean, modern. In pool breakfast and a trip via jet ski ride to the sand bar is a must. I highly recommend this resort"
