"Room was okay. The staff was not helpful instead said to pay upfront even though i selected pay later options. Also i booked the room because ad said they have parking spaces but when i asked for it they refused and told me to park outside somewhere. When i asked to park outside where they didn't helped me and that led to parking ticket for me since i am an outsider i was not helped how to do so. Worst experience and fined 200 euro because of no help"

"Apartment was comfy and mostly well equipped. Communication before we arrived was really good fo it was easy to get there and gain access to apartment. Public transport to the city centre was not straight forward, we found it more convenient to take an Uber which wss the same price as public transport for 3 of us."

Only one thing, no elevator and we had to climb up to second floor (actually 3rd fl) with super big luggage. Good service from ApartDirect Team, quick response whenever we had a problem!"

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "

"I stayed at the apartment in Solna with my family for 3 nights. It's was very comfortable with excellent amenities. I really appreciated the in suite washer and dryer which were modern and worked well. There was also a full fridge and freezer and a dishwasher, hot plate and a microwave as well as a toaster and kettle. Super easy to make ourselves at home and go to the nearby grocery store and then cook at the apartment -- we saved a lot of money this way. The walk to the metro station was short...

"I place was the wrost don’t stay here horrible service I would like my money back I didn’t even stay once I saw the condition of the place and my taxi driver attacked me because it’s in the middle of no where in did nothing to help when I called the property manger Please don’t stay here "

"Spacy and good with cooking possibilities. It was clean but in some sense a bit spartanic, but for my purpose it was very good, especially the pentry. Parking was always available to a very reasonable price. The corridors had a lot of old spots in the carpet that gave a bad impression. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The Woman who works at this front desk was very nice and helpful. The room I had was kind of dark. When I ask her for a brighter room she gave me a better room on 4th floor with no problem.overall I enjoyed my stay👍"

"The apartment was very clean and the sheets were ironed. It was in a walkable area. The building itself was quite noisy. Also the hot water in the shower was limited and the floor was always wet. "

"Plenty of space and nice to have 3 rooms for sleeping as well as a great location. However as it is a basement (No6) it has no ventilation and therefore is hot and damp. There was a dehumidifier and some fans which help a little bit and the nearby hotel staff were very helpful. "

"The only problem this hotel had, you cannot control air conditioning from your room and it is controlled by the reception desk which no matter how many times we complained they didn’t put it at the temperature we had requested.
