"Booked AC room and was given Non AC. Front desk person says AC room costs 2k . They have zero knowledge about app based bookings. According to them if payment of over 2k is received to their account they will give ac room.i am wondering if CX has got discounted price on app they don't care. Food was reasonable and good. Expedia this is unexpected and please refund atleast 500 as we were tired didn't bother to cancel and try other properties "

"To be honest- it was a great, clean and comfortable stay for a night and every staff member helped us were very respectful and thoughtful. If/when we come back to Tumkur, we will stay here again for sure."

"The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The property is literally 1 min from the main shopping street and very close (10 min walk) to the main train and bus station. Reception staff didn’t spoke a word of English. Wifi connection was not stable. Overall pleasant and good experience. Would recommend the hotel to other solo travellers. "
