"Great hotel, ideally just beside the Metro Station. However, the hotel is not called UrCove by Hyatt Shanghai Jing'an; it's called UrCove Yifei Hotel (Jing'an), which confused me quite a lot at the beginning. Especially when you need to book a ride from the airport, and the UrCove by Hyatt Shanghai Jing'an is on the map somewhere else? Anyway, the staff were helpful, but not too friendly. Overall, it was ok."
