The hotel is manned 24/7 by courteous, English speaking staff. Check in was relatively easy. I love the loft style rooms. Ladoll Service Apartment
Reception staff were very helpful. Went above and beyond to help me find a snack online, and order food for me. The room is big, like an apartment with separate kitchen room. The washing machine and dryer machine are great to have. They provided detergent for clothes washing.
