Neues Hotel. Liegt sehr zentral in Kupferzell. Personal ist bemüht. Jedoch greift vieles nicht ineinander. Ich hatte ein superior Zimmer und war ehrlicherweise enttäuscht. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Hygieneset oder Minibar. Von einem Viersternehotel ist dies zu erwarten. Zudem war das Frühstück sehr enttäuschen. Aufbackteigwaren. Wenig Auswahl. Kein Desinfektionsspender (lediglich an der Rezeption). Alle Gäste haben nach denselben Besteck gegriffen. Zwingendermaßen würde ich noch einmal übernachten, da es in Kupferzell keine Alternative gibt.

Sehr zum empfehlen

Ganz neues Hotel, schöne große Zimmer. Sehr komfortables Zimmer mit Couch und mit grossen Smart TV. Super freundliches Personal und vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. In wenigen Minuten ist man in Schwäbisch Hall oder auf der Autobahn.
