"Loved our stay. Very comfortable. Great view of the sea and the surfers. Parking is pretty tight in the garages but such a popular area hard to find alternative park. Would recommend "

"The property was nice, newly built/renovated. Heating was good. The car parking was not as advertised: “Free Parking On-Site” is a not accurate. You have to find a park on the public roads nearby. They are largely full up during working hours. Fortunately, our timing didn’t seem to clash, so we always got a park nearby. "

"My husband I were so impressed with this studio apartment. The space was functional, the design efficient. We had lots of storage space, and the washer and dryer were a big bonus. We stayed here for six nights, and did not run out of things to see and do in the Dunedin area. Special thanks to Cecilia, the lovely host, who greeted us so warmly. We really enjoyed meeting her. We highly recommend this accommodation."

"A group of Friends and I stayed at this property for a week for the University of Otago open days and all I have to day is that it was wonderful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Octagon. The AC worked well, keeping us warm when we needed it and everything else great as well."

"Absolutely love this apartment - so warm and stylish. Beds were super comfy and facilities were pretty much perfect. I would recommend investing in some bikes so that visitors could cycle the awesome bike track in the future. We really LOVED this and would definitely come back again."

"This rental is FABULOUS! First, it was super clean, spotless. Second, location is walkable to many restaurants, grocery, movies, pharmacy. Third, it "lives" much bigger than its square footage. Fourth, the efficient layout of every room was a pleasure to experience. Fifth, super quiet (probably due to the thick outer doors). One of the best vacation rentals we have ever visited. Well done!"
