We were traveling with a toddler in code red heat wave 105 degrees (41 degree Celsius) the staff could care less we asked to cancel our stay and move to another hotel way out of our way they refused and even completely ignored us. Horrible customer service and can care less about their guests."

"I would most definitely not recommend this place. The area is very noisy, the interior of the house is old, not clean, not maintained and smelly. There is a hole in the door, the handle falls off, the bed falls apart, the shower is good because it has warm water but not clean. The bar that holds the shower head falls off when you shower, the house is cold but has heaters. The kitchen is lacking in plates, deep plates etc. There is no hand soap in the bathroom and I could go on and on. The car...

"I did enjoy my stay here, nice quite hotel. I did book a queen room unfortunately they gave me a twin room?! Didn't complain tho as I arrived late and was too tired. There is not alot around the hotel so if you need anything such as drink, snacks, toiletries I would recommend getting them before you go. Overall though this is a nice wee hotel in the countryside 😊"

"The hotel is located centrally, across from the Rathaus and the Münsterkirche. It's within walking distance of pretty much anything you could need. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and inviting, and the breakfast was delicious."

"Die Unterkunft insgesamt empfehlenswert Aber für mich hat der Checkin Prozess nicht funktioniert und ich konnte über den offiziellen Weg 45min niemanden erreichen und stand draußen in der Kälte. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich anschließend zwar entschuldigt aber eine Entschädigung wäre aus meiner Sicht angemessen gewesen."
