Best Family resort in Turkey

Hotel was amazing i extended my stay for a week, the hotel even gave me a great offer. They really went the extra mile to meet our needs. The resort is amazing, clean and beautiful. People can speak english that makes life easier.

Facilities are fantastic - great for families. Waterpark, beach, food options, rooms are great. Only two things to mention, sometimes there is a rush and hard to find a suitable seat during peak dinning times. Uphill walk to our room could be a bit much when tired. Highly recommend, fantastic hotel.

The room I had stayed was excellent. We all had the amenities in the room( hair conditioner, shampoo and shower gel). And all of them had got the famous brands. The pools both outside and inside got heated. This was quiet good because of coldness and rainy days. The hairdresser was quiet good either. Food was excellent. However especially meatballs and chicken taste were not good. It was looking like raw/undercooked. The personnel were quiet good. Worth of staying in here. Especially the room number 1105. Thank you all.

An enjoyable, all-inclusive resort.

Booked a very last minute stay. We’ve done ‘all inclusive’ stays in Turkey before - this was easily our favourite. We had a ‘Superior’ hotel room but the resort has both “Hotel” and “Bungalow” style accommodation. It is well set out around a headland with plenty of trees, a secluded bay with sandy beach (lots of fish to see if you want to snorkel), plenty of pools, water slides, and, if needed, shade to escape full sun in the middle of the day. Food was generous (a mixture of Turkish and other styles) in the main buffet, though some dishes were better than others. There are also ‘a la carte’ restaurants, but we didn’t try those. Bars and cafes (good coffee) are plentiful. There are other activities (gym, tennis etc) but we would need a longer stay.

Renovation, Renovation! I he rooms were in terrible condition, old dirty carpets and wall paper, old showers. Food is great, but the place was understaffed, we had to wait for clean tables at every meal. Beach is beautiful, but the hotel needs major renovation, and more staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous resort! It’s a truly a beautiful place to spend your holiday. The meals were plentiful and had great variety. The beach and pools are perfect. The only issue was the air conditioner in our room didn’t work properly, making a loud sound and not blowing cool air. Then it shut off completely in the middle of the night. We needed to have maintenance come twice. They would not switch us to another room, which would have been much appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice.

I was there with my family, so four people. June 27-30. For that we paid SEK 9,000 and it was definitely worth it. Also booked well in advance. We got to stay in a detached house from the hotel. It was definitely not five star standard but nice. The sea was wonderful and lots of fish to see. the service was very good. the buffet during breakfast and dinner was huge. It was not a taste experience but well done and clean and there was a lot to choose from. Lots of people but we still found the place relatively easily. The guests were polite even though there was a free bar. A large comfortable slightly cooler indoor pool, and right outside a large warmer pool without disturbing music. There was a large pool and children's pool but there was more disco and loud music. But beware of the price. I watched with curiosity what the same number of days would cost in August if I booked now. 35,000 Swedish kronor. Definitely not worth it.

Unser Aufenthalt war eigentlich im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut bis auf unser Zimmer als drittes Bett, wo du uns zwei Matratzen übereinander gegeben. Eine Matratze, die wir bekommen haben. Die war richtig dreckig aufgerissen man konnte ihn unter Schaum sehen. Der Teppich, auf dem wir gelaufen sind, war auch komplett dreckig. Aus der Klimaanlage kam Staub raus, als wir die gestartet haben. Und nach einer Woche Aufenthalt bin ich sogar noch krank geworden. Und wenn wir dann zu der Animation kommen es war gefühlt jeden Tag das gleiche. Ich war schon in mehreren Hotels, und die waren weitaus kreativer. Ach und was mir noch einfällt unser Zimmer war direkt nehme den großen Müllcontainern, wo die das ganze Müll vom Hotel gesammelt haben. Und dieser ganze Geruch kommt natürlich in das Zimmer rein. Wir konnten unser Balkon gar nicht nutzen und auch gar nicht das Fenster öffnen, weil das ganze Geruch bei uns rein kam.

Fantastisk opphold

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Hotellets beliggenhet er helt nydelig – nært både natur og strand, med vakre omgivelser som skaper en avslappende atmosfære. De ansatte var imøtekommende, smilende og alltid behjelpelige, noe som virkelig løftet hele opplevelsen. Vi satte stor pris på de store fellesområdene med ulike soner for både ro og aktivitet. Bassengene var flotte, og de naturlige strendene gjorde det hele komplett. Det eneste lille vi kunne ønske oss, er at rommet var litt mer oppdatert – men det la ingen demper på det ellers veldig gode inntrykket. Tusen takk for et herlig opphold!

Die Anlage ist top, mit tollen Rutschen und einem großartigen Essensangebot – wirklich lecker! Leider sind die Liegen durch Handtuchreservierungen oft knapp, was aber überall vorkommt. Die Hotelzimmer und das Hotel an sich sind in die Jahre gekommen, aber in der Nähe gibt es zwei Wasserparks, die sich perfekt für coole Tagesausflüge eignen. Parken kostenlos möglich.

Öncelikle bu otelden oda alırken aldığınız odanın ana binada veya ayrı bir bölgede olduğunu belirten bir uyarı yok. Bu yüzden bize verilen odanın uzakta ve bir sürü merdiven çıkılarak ulaşıldığını gördüğümüzde hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Odaya girdiğimizde odaların çok eski ve yeterince temiz olmadığını gördük. Daha sonraki günlerde Odadan çıkmadan önce yerde gördüğümüz lekelerin temizlik sonrası yine orda olduğu için Uyardığımız personeli ise bizi başka personele çekiştirirken bulduk. Otelin yerleşkesi imkanları çok güzel. Ama öğrenene kadar çok fazla zaman kaybediyorsunuz. Sabah en geç 08:00 de şezlong ayarlamazsanız daha sonra bulma şansınız sıfır. Yemekler fena değil ama yer bulmak sıkıntı. Otelin konumu civardaki gezilecek yerlere yakınlığından dolayı ve doğa içinde olmasından dolayı güzel. Bütün otel ve odaları artık bir tadilat görürse ve bakımlı olurda çok daha iyi puanlar alır.

Die Anlage an sich ist schön und man kann sich erholen und auch Spaß haben mit der Familie, aber die Familien Zimmer ( Club Zimmer ) sind echt im schlechten Zustand. Dazu kommt auch noch das das Reinigungsmittel Personal die Zimmer nur notdürftig reinigen. Also wir würden zwar das Hotel weiterempfehlen aber nie wieder dieses Club Zimmer buchen.

Çok iyi bir konaklamaydı

Otel kendine ayrı bir tepede yerleşmiş olmasıyla çok güzeldi. Sahil yemek olanakları gayet güzeldi. Deniz ara ara pis olabiliyordu fakat Aqua parka yakın olan kısım güzeldi. Odaların manzarası harika fakat en büyük sorun duş dışında gider olmadığı için her duş sonrası banyoyu su basıyordu. Bizim için sorun değildi fakat çocuklu aileler için sorun olabilir

Otel çok temiz değil, klimalar kendini bile soğutmuyor. Oda temizliği çalı süpürgesi ile yapılıyor, eksilen hiçbir şey yerine konmuyor, örneğin tuvalet kağıdı... Yemekler fena değil, ancak kırmızı et ile tanışamadık, biz tatil yaparken kendisi otelde değildi. Yine de aç kalmazsınız. İçecekler vasat, şişede birşey yok, hep dökme veya sifon. Ana havuz hiç temizlenmedi, girdiğimiz günden çıktığımız güne kadar dibi hep kumlu ve pislikli idi. Suyu da bulanık, bi tuhaf. Deniz çok temiz ancak girmek pek mümkün değil, çoğu kısım taşlık ve kayalık. Kumluk olan tek alanda su üzerinde çöp birikiyor. Denizde balıklar çok fazla, sürekli ısırıyorlar. Çok keyifli bir tatil olmadı maalesef.

3 nätter i Kuşadası.

Fint hotel med fantastiskt läge. Frukost, lunch och middag var otroligt bra och personalen var väldigt hjälpsam. Städningen var okej, det är ett stort hotell så förståeligt att allt inte städas direkt. Vi var två vuxna och ett barn, rummet kändes lite litet med tre sängar. Det var väldigt mycket barn familjer, vilket var bra. Helt rätt typ av hotell för oss.

Eğlenceli ve yeşil bir otel

Otelin eğimli bir arazide olmasından dolayı çok fazla yokuş olduğu ve yürümenin yorucu olduğu yorumları çok öznel. Bize göre oteli keşfetmek ve değişik manzaraların keyfini çıkarmak çok güzeldi. Sahil ve otel arasında asansörler mevcut, dolayısıyla yorucu değildi. Yeşilliği ve etkinliği bol bir otel. Yataklar rahat ve oda yeterliydi. Banyonun 5 yıldızlı otele göre daha konforlu ve yeni olmasını tercih ederdim. Denizi akşama doğru dalgalı oluyor ama havuz ve aqua park deniz yerini dolduruyor. Personel eğlenceli, çalışkan ve saygılı. Yemekler iyi, italyan a la carte’ı çok sevdik. Barda görevli birkaç kişi kokteyl yapmayı bilmiyordu, çok kötü kokteyller geldi ama iyi yapan personelleri bulunca hep onlara hazırlattık. Genel itibariyle memnun kaldık.
