The only negative comment I have is that one of the staff has bad colds and he did not even wear mask. Highly recommend this hotel to stay in Kyoto. "

"Breakfast had a small selection of food options, cleaned up the food area before time and before all guest left. I would not recommend breakfast here. Lounge area was acceptable and provided adult beverages as well. Receptionist front counter staff were very helpful and kind. Laundry service was acceptable and staff help to learn the process. "
