The hotel is located in a quiet area yet it is walkable to the main area. There is a lot of dining option and I also like the fusion Japanese/French dinner. Tasty and elegant. The parking is also easy. We had the room with the private onsen. Love it!!

Lovely central and authentic modern hotel

Overall a nice authentic experience in a convenient location. Only let down by uncomfortable beds and lack of drinks available from the bar after 10pm! The authentic japenewe breakfast was beautifully presented but there were no other food options if it was not to your liking. Rooms were clean well equipped with nice bathrooms. Hotel very central and within easy reach of the main centre.

The staff were unaccommodating , dismissive, and unhelpful and lacking insight into guests needs. They were unwilling to accommodate us for breakfast because we did not book at the time of our initial reservation - despite their dining room being more than 1/2 empty and when nearly all other restaurants in town were closed because of the day of the week ( apparently most breakfast places are closed on Wednesday.) They could have made our stay terrific with the slightest effort which they were unwilling to make.

まだオープンされてから3年と言うこともありとてもキレイな宿でした。 湯畑からの距離も近くとても便利。楽しめました♬ お料理も創作料理で鮮やかでとても美味しくいただけました。 ただ、建物が混み合っている中に宿があるので窓越しは各建物のバックヤードが見えたりしているので、景色は期待できません。 でも総合的には満足しています。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

家族3人の温泉旅行で利用。子供と言っても大人。 裏草津なので人の通りが少なく、ちょっと歩けば湯畑に行けて便利な立地。 お昼の12時頃からチェックイン手続き、駐車がお願いでき便利。 スタッフの接客、部屋の手入れが行き届いており印象が良かった。 食事は夕飯、朝食共に美味しくコスパが良い。 残念な点は、ビールの価格が高い、ゲスト用の布団が寝心地、駐車場が遠いのが残念だった。 総合的には満足できる宿泊施設です。

前から気になってたところなので とても楽しみにしていました！ 湯畑からとても近く観光しやすかったです ご飯も窓際で半個室のような空間でゆっくり食べれて料理も全部美味しかったです！ 娘がお漏らしをしてしまいクリーニン代も覚悟してましたが大丈夫ですよと言っていただいてとても助かりました 家族旅行でとてもいい思い出になりました！ また泊まりに行きたいと思える宿でした！！ ありがとうございました
