"the best onsen experience "

"This hotel looks new and modern, very cozy. There’s no cafe within the hotel but there’s a small pantry with free coffee, microwave oven and table/chairs for us to have our drinks. We drove around 3-5 mins to restaurant and convenience store. Self service laundry at ¥500 for wash, ¥100/20 mins for drying. room wise, pretty spacious with a small couch by the window. Overall a really beautiful hotel, highly recommended. "

"When I first tried this hotel, I used the daily use onsen. I fee; in love with the cave onsen. We now stay at least two nights ove night to use the floor 33 onsen as well as the cave onsen. They have a nice breakfast and dinner buffet. We like the Western style room with western beds as well as a living room/dining room that you can have the Japanese futons."

"Good hotel. Location about 5-10 min walk away. Breakfast is simple n good. "

"Everything was good, cleanliness, space, friendly & helpful staffs, location & etc. The only discomfort I had was the thin layer of futon mattress. The blanket was warm and comfortable but the mattress was very thin. Not comfortable to sleep on."
