Beautiful and private

We had such a great time. It was off season so we got a great rate and everything was lovely here. We were so happy with how clean and private it was. The staff was really helpful too!

SOPHIANE

We had a wonderful stay at Olea – the kindness and dedication of the team truly made our experience special. Every single request was handled promptly and with a smile, which made us feel very well taken care of. Our villa with an infinity pool and jungle view was absolutely stunning. That said, a few points could be improved: • The photos advertised a mountain view, but the bamboo has grown since and blocked the view (though the team kindly changed our villa upon request). • Bath towels were forgotten a couple of times during housekeeping. • The shower head was broken, but maintenance came immediately after I mentioned it – excellent responsiveness! • The sun loungers and outdoor chairs could use a deep cleaning. • It would be helpful to remind guests not to leave food outside, as monkeys can steal it. • Finally, we wish we had been informed about ongoing construction work, which disrupted the peaceful mornings from 9 a.m. onwards. Despite these inconveniences, the team was always reactive and accommodating. However, considering the price of our stay (almost 8 million IDR), a small commercial gesture would have been appreciated – for example, a complimentary breakfast, the two minibar drinks, or even a free day of scooter rental. Thank you again to the Olea team for your warm hospitality

Nice property, but poorly managed. The room was assaulted by an army of centipedes (they sprayed some insecticide after we complained, but there couldn't do much). The location is problematic and, as a bare minimum, there should be a free shuttle bus taking guests to the town center and the beach
