If you're going to stay in this area of Bali, this is the place to stay. To be honest, I don't know if it is truly a "5 star" resort as it doesn't come close to the Ritz Carlton-level, but it is a really nice place. The resort is family friendly with all kinds of activities for the kids. Plus, centrally located to good bars / restaurants I think my only real issue was the size / quality of the room for the price point. I've stayed in way larger / nicer rooms for $200 a night. Room was extremely clean when I arrived. The staff was extremely helpful at all times. The restaurant Henry’s was amazing especially if you don’t feel like leaving. Well worth it.

This hotel was perfect if you book the private pool villa which is highly recommended for couples. Our room was perfect kinda in the back so it was quite, but still close to the beach and to the Lippo mall walking distance. Fantastic area of town, great pool, great staff and close to the airport

This is a 5-star hotel as I was told by our tour guide. The airport is very close to the hotel and is about a 5-minute drive away. The hotel is very safe and secure since security personnel are stationed at the entrance of the hotel’s driveway and at the back of the hotel. This is cleanest hotel in which I have ever stayed. The service from the employees was the best that I have ever received in any hotel and I am 57 year old and well traveled through the world. I had a delux room (the one above standard). Hotel was very well run, helpful, clean, highly recommend. The only thing is when you use their cabs it's more expensive and when you hire a driver for the day you can barter the price.
