This very reasonable priced hotel had a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. The breakfast was great, the ladies were on top of it. The staff was nice

Perfect stay

The most beautiful rooftop bar with really good wine and a very knowledgeable bartender who made good recommendations. Super nice room with a big balcony and a view. Extremely friendly staff. Very quiet at night. Cute breakfast buffet with windows to a beautiful garden.

The hotel is very clean, has great views from the pleasant roof top bar and the breakfast is more than decent. The staff are wonderfully friendly and are so helpful. My room was fine but the curtains didn’t meet properly and I need total darkness to sleep well. Other than that the hotel was extremely good value for money, they arranged a transfer from the airport which was only a euro or two more than the Uber/Bolt rate.

Nice place…mind the roadworks…

This was a nice basic hotel with a good little balcony, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar has a sensational view of the sunset and the barman was really friendly. The staff seemed nice in general really. The only drawbacks were the breakfast was very basic and not great in selection or quality, and ( I appreciate this wasn’t the hotels fault) almost every street surrounding the property was being dug up for heavy maintenance, lots of the roads were closed making it hard for taxis to find the place and making the surrounding areas dirty and difficult to navigate. I know this wasn’t the hotels fault, but it was so bad I feel a bit of warning would have really helped, but other than that it’s a nice hotel.

Good service but a bit noisy and some other issues

The service in the hotel is very good, better than most places we have stayed, especially the nice ladies preparing breakfast, which also has a nice variety. The negatives are that it is noisy because you hear everyone in the hallway and outside. We had a bit of an ant problem which was slightly worrisome as we travel with some food. In the bathroom the shower works well (again, better than most places where we stayed in Georgia) but there is low water pressure. And, as usual, there is no place to put any personal items in the bathroom, none. They could have been a bit less stingy on the fabric to cover the windows so they would let less light in.

The first night was a disaster. A group had a party and the party lasted until about 3 a.m. There were people running and screaming in the hallway. After the first night, it was more quiet. The problem is that the advertised bar is never open. The majority of the staff is very friendly, but one worker was extremely rude.

La struttura si trova vicino al centro di Kutaisi, nelle tipiche vie molto strette . Molto difficile il passaggio e il parcheggio, per andarcene abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto al personale perché la strada era bloccata dalle auto parcheggiate dei vicini L'esperienza é stata purtroppo pregiudicata da un brutto episodio con il personale appena arrivati. Infatti dopo essere arrivati in struttura e aver fatto la doccia ci siamo seduti sul letto e sentito un brutto rumore, alzato il materasso abbiamo trovato il letto sfondato. Siamo scesi in reception dopo esserci asciugati , quindi un paio d'ore dopo il check in, per avvisare e anzi che ringraziarci ci volevano far pagare il danno. Follia Solo dopo aver discusso e fatto intervenire un direttore siamo riusciti ad ottenere scuse e cambio camera gratuitamente. Le camere sono carine , serve solo un po' più di cura nella pulizia e un sistema migliore di oscuramento finestre per dormire altrimenti alle 6 sei inondato di luce . Colazione abbondante, poco dolce ma ho notato che é tipico della Georgia.

Good place to stay considering the alternatives.

We have looked for other hotels in the area and there are not many options, so we reserved one night in this hotel and the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. You need only 10-15 min walking to reach the city center of Kutaisi. In the room you can find AC, tv and a fridge which is very good for the price. The breakfast was delicious, we really loved the homely atmosphere in the restaurant. The view from the terrace was worth seeing, unfortunately in the bar they served only snacks/drinks, not the 'real' food that we had expected. At the end we were happy considering the price, the breakfast and the hospitality.

Clean and comfortable

A lovely, clean room with a comfortable bed. Best of all, a fantastic view overlooking the city and a sweet balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No sheet on the bed, just a scratchy small hospital blanket. When i went and asked for a sheet i was given a single bed duvet cover. Bed was hard and creaky. Pillow was soft.breakfast was good. Bit expensive for what you get.
