Clean room, easy shuttle bus ride to base areas, helpful staff, great restaurants at the hotel, location was close to other stores and restaurants. Boot room and ski lockers were close to the shuttle pick-up/drop-off so it made equipment storage and retrieval a breeze. Will definitely be returning in the future for another wonderful ski vacation.

Great location

The hotel is a bit old. The location is great except we couldn't get a booking at any of their three good restaurants and we were there for a week. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Overall it was an 8/10.

Best family vacation hotel

Best family vacation hotel. We had a 2-bedroom apartment. The 2 kids had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had complimentary breakfast in the dining room every morning and even cooked dinner in the open kitchen one night.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at chatrium! Rooms are spacious and come stocked with fruit and drinks and breakfast foods. Location was great and walkable to many restaurants in hirafu, and the shuttle and in-house rhythm gear rental was so convenient for our ski and snowboarding trip. Yvonne at the front desk was amazing and helped us book taxis as well as onsens. Thank you for the wonderful time!

5+ Star Experience

Stumbled onto this place when I could not find a place slopeside. Lucky to have done so. Better to be here just off the center of town with much more to do than slopeside. Place was immaculate and exquisitely thought out. Cannot imagine a friendlier more helpful staff. Eateries were well thought out and designed, and a lot of fun. Would not consider staying anywhere else in Niseko.

Great - easy and very convenient location. Housekeeping was quite late though in the day for those not checking out. Concierge information could be better and more readily available re tours/local area and transport explanations etc. But overall, very good.

We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. The hotle is located in a perfect position for eating out etc. We had a car and there was free undercover parking that was hassle free. We will def stay here again when we return.

Personally I will not stay there anymore next time, cos my room is so noisy at night and I suppose to paid for the Mountain View but end up is so noisy. Worst the cleaning is not done everyday. When is due for cleaning, until 7pm also never do it. I must say the good thing is the staffs are super helpful and nice. Tks
