Absolutely phenomenal experience for a Niseko ski getaway. Look no further, this hotel has everything you need. Exceptionally clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic amenities and an ideal location for ski in and ski out while being close to the main part of town.
Great service, staff all very helpful.
Very comfortable room.
Family onsen is a good amenity.
Ski-in/out location is excellent and convenient.
All ski requirements were organised at the hotel.
Main restaurant has good food but the ambience could be better in the evening.
This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay, and took us around after we weren’t able to get a rental car. The facilities are gorgeous and our room was incredible, with amazing view of Mt Yotei. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!!
Being in Niseko many times, this is one of the most memorable stays we've had. The hotel is perfectly located on Upper Hirafu with excellent accessibility, the rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and well-appointed (only lacking a full length mirror), the property is perfectly maintained and the staff are excellent and always try to go out of their way to help you.
Definitely one of the best stays in Niseko, can't wait to go back again!!
Wonderful place to stay. They picked us up from the bus station which is only 300 meters away but with the snow would have been hard to walk. The front desk were always friendly and helped when they could. Breakfast fresh and plentiful. Both restaurants were great. With Sushi Shin unbelievable an experience to have.
Incredible hotel. Top to bottom. Great onsen. Ski in-out and great staff at the rental shop. Warm hot chocolate to great you when you are done on the slopes. Rooms are very modern, sleek and fully stocked with anything you need for a stay of a week or two or more.
Can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s incredible.
This is the best hotel I have ever experienced. A perfect location for ski in/out, the rooms are so beautifully designed and appointed, and the staff were so lovely. The one bedroom that we had, has the largest bed I've ever seen, must be two double beds out together to form a mega super king. A big shout out to Gemma, Kimberly and Oscar for being so helpful and lovely.
We will definitely return for our next snow trip next year.
lovely condominium and nice staffs :) We enjoyed late breakfast at the nice 1BR. the kitchen was modern and beautiful, the living room is spacious and comfy, they also provide baby bed and baby chair for our baby.
Will come back again!
Stayed at the property for 7 nights. Great location both for the village and the ski slopes. Our room was compact but beautifully finished and meticulously clean. Staff were absolutely fantastic. I have been to many hotels across the world and have to say the staff at the Sansui were some of the best I have encountered, from the reception team to the restaurant staff and the ski service team. Everyone was friendly, engaging and helpful. The entire team are a credit to the hotel. Only minor issue is there was no bar per se in the hotel but a most wonderful, friendly whisky bar (served all sorts of drinks - not just whiskey) next door which we made use of on a number of occasions.
In essence if I ever go back to Niseko I would definitely stay at the Sansui again
An elegant designer hotel with exquisite suites, furniture and views over the Yotei mountain. The biggest bed we have ever slept in, probably 240 cm large. It hosts a Michelin stared sushi restaurant as well. Close to the gondola. We loved everything about the hotel, the staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and polite. They have picked us up from the train station and also arranged a small welcome present for my husband’s birthday. Would come back any time!
