"If you are not familiar with the Citybox hotel chain, like I wasn't, you will be surprised by their extremely lean structure and staff. Having said that, I don't think their obsession with efficiency caused any problems with our stay. Checking in and out is extremely fast and easy, the communal kitchen is convenient and clean, the few staff members we came across were very friendly and helpful, and the premises were brand new. Rooms were initially clean and functional (although not cleaned again for any of the other 5 nights we spent there). The lack of a TV in our room wasn't particularly a big deal, but including separate hygiene products for hair and body, as well as a hair conditioner, would have been great. The particular location was great for us because it was close enough to the old city and the port."
