40 km north of Kuusamo, L. Yli-Kitkajärvi 40 m, gradually deepening hard sand/rock bottom, pier, own boat.

Log cottage, built 1989, Downstairs: living room/kitchen and bedroom with double bed. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed, convertilble bed for 2 in bedroom/lounge, washroom, sauna (electric stove), open porch and balcony.

Pet fee /booking, max 2 allowed.

Final cleaning is included in bookings which have been made after 10.6.2021. Cottage plot is heathland with pines. Shore faces south, distance to opposite shore 1 km. Lakeside sauna is in use only in summer. Good fishing waters. Rowing boat, lifejackets for 4.

Distance to Kuusamo nature resorts such as Karhunkierros hiking trail, Kiutaköngäs and Jyrävä Falls 20 km. Ruka resort 17 km, Kuusamo airport 45 km.

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).

Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was das Herz begehrt - außer einer Waschmaschine. Die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, Hauswart nicht erreichbar (!). Matratzen bequem, wenn auch schon eingelegen, sodass man leicht in die Mitte des Doppelbettes rutscht. Das Wohnzimmer mit der tollen Couch ist urgemütlich! Die Lage ist perfekt für viele Wanderungen in diversen Naturparks, die Sauna am See der Oberkracher, das Boot leckt zwar, aber ist toll, oft waren Rentiere zu Besuch! Herrlich!

Sehr schönes Blockhaus, sehr gute Lage. Haus nahe am See. Sauna Haus mit Steg einfach traumhaft. Sehr gute Grillstelle. Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Austattung mit vielem Zubehör wie auch Freizeitgeräte usw. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wirkt gut gepflegt. Sofort würden wir wieder buchen!
