New apartment (2022) in semi-detached house located in the popular Rukariuta district. On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms, with 2 beds in each. In addition, there are 4 beds in the loft (high enough to stand). A spacious terrace on the backyard. Living room/kitchen, electric sauna.

25 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka village (West-Ruka) 3.2 km. Semi-detached apartment completed in 2022. Ground floor 63 m² and loft 25 m².

Note: only small pets (less than 20 kg) are allowed in the destination, extra charge per pet. Additional information: Final cleaning is included in the price. A warm garage for snowmobile (35 m²) shared with the other side of semi-detached house.
