Great staff

Beautiful hotel attached to a huge huge mall which is so unique and pleasant. The hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Outstanding staff and great property.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly

Everyone here is extremely professional and everything is kept very clean I’m truly satisfied with my stay. The staff are all helpful, and I haven’t experienced any problems at all. The only issue was that the three hotels are connected, and at first, it was a bit confusing to find my room. I stay only here last 20 years.

Staff were amazing, especially Mohamed from reception. Buffet is good, rooms and clean, but very basic (as expected in this category). My only issue was no power outlet for charging near the bed. Will surely stay again.

I wish they had a bigger sink and upgraded plugs and better lighting / electrical points like bugs, power switches

Everything was perfect

Excellent customer service and stay

The hotel was more than I expected especially for the price I paid. Rooms are big and very clean, huge TV and it is nicly located.

Amazing room design. The best pillows and bed I have slept on in comparison to any other hotel. Super friendly staff

I stayed 7 nights during a business trip and was very happy with the room, and the staff's attention. They were prompt to respond when I reported my remote control not working. The hotel was at a perfect location (at least for me), with a wonderful Indian restaurant across the street, a great coffee shop around the corner, and within a reasonable walking distance from a very nice soukh (bazaar) and the beach. The hotel is not brand new, but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was...
