Talk about going the extra mile!

Talk about going the extra mile- my girlfriend has some food allergies which seldom works with buffet food. We let them know in advance to see if they could do something and the restaurant made her a buffet of her own and served at our table- world class! Cool with bowling at the hotel too.

Godt hotel i lille landsby

Pænt hotel i et område med meget få overnatningsmuligheder. Syntes at være byens og nærområdets samlingspunkt, så pænt med besøgende i restauranten på en onsdag. Maden og betjeningen var god, selvom dessert med mere virkede som noget der ikke var lavet på dagen. Morgenbuffeten far god og med et pænt udvalg. Træningscenteret var meget lille og havde ikke meget at byde på.

Obegripligt hotell

I princip ingen personal. Den som fanns var ointresserad av service. Typ 3 familjer på hela hotellet trots detta är spa avdelningen ’fullbokad’, bowlinghallen får minsann stänga tidigare och ät snabbt om ni ska ha mat. Riktigt oskön atmosfär. Trångt dubbelrum med oskön säng.

Suverän service!

Det personliga bemötandet var över all förväntan!! Vilka underbara personer som jobbar här!! Ni löste en sen middag för oss utan det minsta knot och mötte oss med ett leende och fantastiskt god mat dessutom! Det enda som jag kan tänka är att ni borde se över är belysningen på rummet. Först och främst byta ut trasiga lampor, men även generellt, som kvinna vill man gärna ha lite mer funktionell belysning för att kunna göra makeupen. Sen var det tråkigt att se handdukshängaren hänga på "trekvart".

Mysigt och familjärt med härlig frukost

-Ett mycket trevligt hotell som låg bra till hands när vi skulle fira födelsedag med familjen över helgen. Ligger Ca 35 min från Arena Skövde (med fint upplevelsebad) och ca 30 min från Hornborgasjöns skådespel. —-Bowlingspel på fredagskvällen (i hotellets lokaler!) och mycket god trerättersmeny på lördagen. Dessvärre var hamburgermenyn vi beställt till fredagen ”bortglömd” (vi var 15 pers) och det vi serverades var bedrövligt! -Dock var servicen fantastisk (tack Hege) och man drog av hälften på fredagens matnota vid utcheckning, för att kompensera för fredagens fadäs. Frukosten var suverän och uppskattades av såväl barn som vuxna. -Underbar jacuzzi och bastu som, några av oss nyttjade en av kvällarna. -Mysigt och familjärt ställe dit vi gärna återvänder.

Underbart hotell!! Kanonservice - utmärkt julbord - bra fasciliteter. Sällan jag ger full pott (reser ca 100 dygn per år) men detta är SÅ värt det. Julbord för 295 kr - och det var ett av de bästa jag ätit!!

En stjärna för mycket

En stjärna för mycket, de tryckte in oss (2 vuxna och 2 barn) i ett litet rum som egentligen är avsedd för max 2. Slitet rum, varmt och ingen luftkonditionering. Lakanen hade hål som var ihopsydda för hand (har tagit kort på det). Personalen i receptionen hade ingen aning om vad hon höll på och ursäktade sig med att hon egentligen ska vara i köket. Enda positiva var gratis parkering med elbilsladdning precis utanför hotellet.
