"So close to the airport, you can see the planes taking off. Very peaceful and quiet area. Not much going on in the area. If you need to be close to the airport and want a free shuttle to make sure you arrive at the airport on time, i would recommend this hotel. "

"I had booked a double room for 2 people, and they disagreed with my booking and we were installed at an individual room. We claimed back and after insisting they provided us with extra towel and water, but didn't change us the room. We were leaving early in the morning and even though we asked for just some bread, they told us that breakfast was not due until 7am, so we had to leave with nothing"

"Beware! Customer service is extremely unprofessional. House keeping failed to clean my room. I gave my room key to reception and informed them I would return to the same room later that day. They entered the room and removed the sheets and pillows from the bed but did not remake the bed or clean the room. After informing the manager they quickly half cleaned the room. Note: I left at 10:00am and returned at 2pm. They failed to wash my laundry and gave me back soiled laundry. I was informed that my laundry would be returned the same day. I called to inquire about my laundry at 8pm but was not given an answer. The next morning when I called the front desk I was informed that the clothes were not washed the previous day and they would be wash that morning but would not be dry before check out. They returned my unwashed laundry and ask me to wear then to my morning meetings. Unfortunately, I missed boarding transportation and meetings. I am international and upgraded to the Executive Suite when I arrived because of the beautiful interior design but the lousy customer service hinders such luxury. Peace "
