"I would like to share my experience here. On arrival the bed linen was torn and seemed used. When I called the manager, he said it was unused, which I doubted but accepted. "The place is very clean and recently restrucured. This was great. But... It was impossible to close the front door of the appartment so anybody could come in. "Leider kam ich nicht ins Appartment, da der Serl-Checkin nicht funktionierte und ich vor der Tür stand. Leider fehlte in der Beschreibung die Info, dass der Self-Checkin nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr möglich ist. Also Achtung, war eine unangenehme Erfahrung mitten in der Nacht ohne Appartment dazustehen.
