"Great staff"

"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly, the rooms were kept very clean. Sheets and towels were changed out regularly. The room was modern. The kitchen had all of the standard amenities with new appliances. The bed wasn’t too hard and the pillows were comfortable. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Hotel Rus in Kyiv, and it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk from some of Kyiv’s most iconic sights, including St. Sophia’s Cathedral and Maidan Nezalezhnosti. There are also plenty of great cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. I’ll definitely be back."
