The staff were kind and provided detailed guidance. The facilities were good overall. However, I was not informed in advance that there would be a banquet when I went to the restaurant for a meal. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. Specifically, I was woken up by the loud door-slamming noises from the neighboring guests between 12:30 AM and 1:40 AM. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It seems that more attention should be given to soundproofing. Be sure to have breakfast before starting your day. The restaurant staff and service personnel displayed excellent manners, which left a positive impression.

Had the best hotel experience ever. The staff Kate, Alex and the rest of the crew were amazing and top notch with perfect english. They were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room spacious, functional and comfortable. The location is great! Plan on visiting again!!

Amazing!

This place is stunning and the rooms are quite large. The service is unbelievable as the front desk staff and the bellmen treat you with the upmost respect. Certainly one of the best cocktails and food at the rooftop bar with 5 star service there too. If you’re coming to Kyiv and can’t afford this hotel at least make a visit to the restaurant.

Ich war drei Nächte mit meiner Tochter in einem sehr schönen, extrem sauberen Zimmer, mit perfektem Essen, hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war perfekt ruhig, man hörte kein Geräusch von aussen und fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Meiner Meinung nach absolut seinen Preis wert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
