Excellent business hotel

The hotel is conveniently located at city centre . Clean rooms , corridors , restaurants with very helpful staff , everything perfectly organized .The only thing was that due to the combination of large ,very large windows in the room and height above the street , I somehow could not sleep . But this definitely not down to the hotel’s fault.

Nice stay

Our stay at the executive club floor was really nice and staff there is incredible as the room and the lounge itself. However, the main entrance staff are not really helpful and prefer to chat togather than to assist you.

It is a very good hotel but for the price I do not think the services provided are up to standard. The staff are GREAT and so is BREAKFAST. 50 Euro to get into the lounge is ridiculous. also, the hotel is dead, no bars no life. Average.

I was only there for a night, but it was great. About as good as it gets in Kiev. Had a wonderful breakfast there as well. All of the buttons in the room to turn on the lights, etc were fun to play with.

This was a really bad stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very unpleasant and everyone is trained to simply rip off the foreigners. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
