Skuffende! Hotel trænger kraftigt til opdatering

Ringe tilstand! Betalt for Luksus værelse men der var meget beskidt og nedslidt! Gulvtæppet var direkte ulækkert! 2 fjernsyn men ingen kanaler overhovedet så hvorfor have tv på værelset hvis der ikke er noget på?? Køleskabet kunne ikke sættes til! Wifi med i prisen men det var totalt ubrugeligt og hoppede af hele tiden! Personalet var venlige og servicemindede 👍👍 og der var rene håndklæder hver dag!

Great location, Poor Quality

If you want to reach anywhere in Kyiv easily, this hotel is the perfect choice. But, the rooms are old, and noisy. If you visit Kyiv in winter, rooms might be a bit chilly. Room service staff is friendly. Reception people are ok.

A short stay... it was nice but the hotel's room need renovation and provide coffeemaker in room. The hotel has a good location on the famous street in Kiev.

Great value in the heart of Kiev

This is a great place to stay. The front desk staff are amazingly tolerant of tourist questions and happy to answer all of them. The location is at the foot of the Main Street and near a fabulous park and exhibition space.

Staff are great and helpful. Internet connection is sporadic and inconsistent which is not ideal. Each visit, fewer and fewer facilities are open. (No ground floor cafe, toilet)

This hotel is ok. It cheap on some dates and offer breakfast. But it is Not a 4 star hotel as They show on hotel.com. The first room They gave us we ask them to change right away. Big dirty spots on the carpet next to the bed. The second room was better but still dirty carpet. This hotel really need a big make over before it come close to 4 star. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and friend staff. So the staff is 4 star. But the hotel is not. Big make over needed. I have stayed on other 4 star hotels nearby in Kiev and they where all much more clean. The right evaluation should be 2,5 - 3 star.

I like the location of the hotel but I was very disappointed when I seen my room. The room smelled bad and carpet had stains. Phone didn’t work. The shower walls had soap scum and mold in between the tiles there was no soap in the bathroom and nothing to sanitize your hands. Very disappointed I would not stay there it is not a 4 star hotel

City center hotel

The hotel is located a block from the Maiden and main square. The place looks like something out of the 1960 it gives it a unique charm. The rooms and nice and cleaned well. The 12th floor rooftop restaurant gives amazing views of the city and the food it good.
